FatherThomas Scott II b. 28 Jul 1789, d. 21 Dec 1870
MotherIsabelle Carlisle b. 18 Jul 1789, d. 20 Apr 1862
Sarah Scott was born on 2 August 1821.2 She was the daughter of Thomas Scott II and Isabelle Carlisle.

Sarah Scott died on 13 August 1827 in Monroe Township, Carroll County, Ohio, at age 6; Believe this death date is Sarah and not her sister Susanna because over the years the Sarah Scott listed in the censuses birth year matches Sarah's birth year moreso than Susanna. In the 1840 census, Thomas, the father is shown with two girls under 5, which would agree if Susanna was still alive and Sarah had died. Easily feel Sarah could have been used as the nickname for Susanna.
