     Daniel Strunk married Malinda Ryan, daughter of Martha Holt, on 27 March 1849 in Campbell County, Tennessee.1,2 Joseph Stephen, Elisha Stephens, and Gidian Gilreath were appointed by the county court to review and appraise the personal estate of Elizabeth Holt. Items sold were purchased by various individuals including Thomas Holt, Joseph Ryan, Solomon Stephens, Rachel Neal, John Ross, Wm. King, Christopher Cox, George D. Davenport, Drury Ryan, Joseph Stephens, Daniel Strunk, James Sharp, and Joshua Stephens.3

     Daniel Strunk died on 20 September 1888 in Whitley County, Kentucky, at age 66.
