     Harold Michael Forsner was born on 5 February 1904 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.2,3 He was the son of Michael Bernard Forsner and Johanna Margareta Holm.2 Harold Michael Forsner survived the death of his mother, Johanna Margareta Holm, who died before 1910. In the census of 19 April 1910 in Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan, he is listed as the son of Michal Fornsner. His name appears as Harry Fornsner. He is six years old and was born in Michigan. His parents were born in Sweden.4 ; Forsner Family with stepmom. In the census of 22 January 1920 in Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan, he is listed as the son of Mike Forsner. His name appears as Harold Forsner. Harold, age 13 was born in Illinois.5

     He had three wives and a car with a rumble seat. He worked for Raymond Lowey, a design firm in Chicago. Later he worked in San Antonia, Texas as an architectural designer. He started out as a commerical artist in Grand Rapids, working in the same office as Harold Driscal. He introduced Harold to his sister, Esther.

     His first wife was rather quiet and very nice, but her name is unknown.6 Harold Michael Forsner witnessed the marriage of Esther Marie Forsner and Nelson Hagbom on 13 April 1925 in Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan; At the time of their marriage, Nelson was living in Gary, Indiana and Esther was lviing in Grand Rapids.6,7,8

     Harold Michael Forsner's second wife was Roberta Coleman. They married on 19 February 1938 in Marion County, Indiana.6,9 In the census of 3 April 1940 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, Harold Michael Forsner appears as a head of household which include his wife, Roberta Coleman . He is 36 years old, married, and was born in Illinois. His occupation is artist. He is renting a home, monthly rent 50. He was living in Chicago in 1935. His name appears as Harold M. Forsner.10 Harold Michael Forsner survived the death of his father, Michael Bernard Forsner, who died on 13 January 1944 in Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan. Harold Michael Forsner and Roberta Coleman were divorced circa 1948 at Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.6

     Harold Michael Forsner's third wife was Virginia. They married after 1945 in Illinois.6,11 Harold was engaged in architecture in Miami, Florida, He designed several structures, including a public auditorium and other buildings.12

     Harold Michael Forsner died in August 1965 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, at age 61 of throat cancer. Harold had been a chain smoker.6,13

     John Foote was born in 1756 in Colchester, New London County, Connecticut.2,3 He was the son of Ephraim Foote and Miss Lord.

      During the Revoluntionary War, John Foote signed up with the Capt Isaac Marsh' Compnay, of Col Rosseter Regiment of Massachusettes Militia on 1 May 1776 at Old Stockbridge, Berkshire County, Massachusetts. He volunteered as a private for three months and was honorably discharged from service on the first day of August 1776. During his service he marched to Skarsborough and then on to Ticonderoga, where he was stationed for three months.

      On 1 April 1777, John Foote was drafted into Capt Ebenezer Cady' Company of Col Asa Waterman Reginment for the period of three months. He was honorable discharged on the first day of July 1777 - at Fishkill, New York.4 On 1 October 1780, John Foote was drafted to the Company of Capt Ebenener Cadys' of Col VanRannselaer Regiment of General Robert VanRrannselaer Brigade of the New York Militia. He faithfully served for three months as a private and was honorable discharged from service at Fort Stanville, Rome, New York.2

     John Foote married Elizabeth Babcock on 30 December 1784.1

     John Foote, shown as John Foote, was listed as the head of a family on the 1820 census Vernon, Oneida County, New York. The following is listed in his household with the assumptions in brackets. 16-18 one male (Daniel), 16-26 three males (Daniel, Seeley, and Ephraim), 26-45 - one female (Clarrissa), 45 and up - one male (himself) and one female (Elizabeth, his wife). Four are listed in Argiculture. Avery Foote and his household are living nearby. Based on ages, it is possible that the following were also living in the household.5

     In the 1830 census at Oneida County, New York, John Foote was listed as a head of a family. John Foote is shown with the following in his household. It appears that one of his children and their family is living with him. Under 5 - one female, 5-10 - one male, 10-15 - one female, 15-20 one male and one female, 20-30 - one male and one female, 30-40 - one male, 40-50 - one female, 70-80 - one male (himself) and one female (Elizabeth, his wife). Based on ages, it is possible that the following were also living in the household.6

     John Foot personally appeared beore Natan Kimball Esq. one of the judges of the Court of Common Pleas...age 76 to file for revoluntionary War pension.7,8

     John Foote died on 13 December 1833 in Vernon, Tolland County, New York.3

John Foote, an old resident of Elmwood township, adjoining this city, died this afternoon of enlargement of the liver. He came here 26 years ago and was always esteemed as a leading citizen. He established the tannery and it has grown to large proportions. The tanning of valuable furs is one of the chief products. He was 77 years old.9
